What this is and what it is not.
Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?
ChatGPT is the tool most people already have. This is the setup that makes it useful for your day. If a normal ChatGPT chat would solve your problem, I will tell you that before you spend anything.
What does it need to run?
A Windows computer (no Mac yet). The computer has to be on and awake for it to work. Your own Claude and ChatGPT plans, two $20 plans. On a heavy day the Claude plan can hit its limit and wait to reset.
Is my data secure?
Your files, notes and setup are saved on your own computer. The thinking runs on Claude's and OpenAI's servers, under your own plans. It connects to Gmail, Calendar and Drive through your own logins. It ships locked down tight, and you loosen only what you need.
Do I need to know anything about AI or coding?
No. You talk in plain English. I handle the setup. If something feels confusing, we slow down until it makes sense.
What if the helper makes a mistake?
It will. AI is not perfect and I will not pretend otherwise. That is why we test it with your real work before you trust it, and I walk you through what to check, what to trust, and where to stay in control. The goal is useful help, not blind trust.

What does it cost every month?
Two things. Your own Claude and ChatGPT plans, two $20 plans paid straight to them. And Apex Care, $297 a month, which starts after your 30 days of setup help. Add-ons are priced before any work starts.
What are the two $20 plans, and do I pay them or you?
One Claude plan and one ChatGPT plan, $20 each. You pay them straight to Claude and ChatGPT, on your own accounts. They are the basic cost to run your helper. My setup and Apex Care are separate.
Are there surprise usage bills?
No. Your helper runs on your regular monthly plans, not a bill that grows each time you use it. The one catch: on a heavy day the Claude plan can hit its limit and wait to reset.

Safety and privacy
Where does my information live?
Your files, notes, memory and setup are saved on your own computer. You own it. The thinking runs on Claude's and ChatGPT's servers, under your own plans.
What goes to Claude's and ChatGPT's servers?
The thinking does. When your helper works on a task, what it needs for that task goes to Claude or ChatGPT so they can think it through, under your own plans. Your files and your setup stay saved on your computer.
Can it send a text or email without me?
No. It asks you first. It writes the draft, shows it to you, and sends only when you say yes.
Can it spend money or delete things?
Not without you. It asks before it sends, spends or deletes. It can get a bill ready or fill a shopping cart, but you press the button.
Who else can see my helper?
It lives on your computer, and you talk to it through your own Discord server with your own login. It is locked down tight from day one, and you loosen only what you need. When something needs fixing, your helper can ask mine for help, and you see that happen.

It's free. I find the one problem costing you the most time, and we pick your first 2 starter jobs. If a normal ChatGPT chat would solve your problem, I will tell you that before you spend anything. No pitch if no fit.

I build your helper with your files, rules and examples. I hook it up to your email, calendar and files, then test it with your real work and walk you through it. Setup day is one day. Then 30 days of tuning with you.
What do I need ready?
A Windows computer that can stay on and awake. Your own Claude and ChatGPT plans, two $20 plans. Your email and calendar logins, and any files or examples you want it to learn from.
Is it Windows only?
Yes, for now. There is no Mac version yet.
Does my computer have to stay on?
Yes. Your helper works while the computer is on and awake. If it goes to sleep, your helper pauses and catches up when it wakes.
Will I lose what's in my ChatGPT?
No. I bring over most of what ChatGPT knows about you. You can also request your full ChatGPT history, which takes a few days, and I load it into your helper.
What it can do
What kinds of work does it handle?
Work you do on a computer: email, files, calendar, research and drafts. For work, that means prep on clients, follow-ups, proposals, and your numbers and notes before a meeting. At home, it keeps track of schedules, school details, birthdays and bill reminders.
Can I talk to it by voice?
Yes, with your phone's voice-to-text. You speak, your phone types it, and your helper gets it like a text. It is not a phone call, and it does not answer your phone.
Can it work when I'm away from the desk?
Yes. Text it from your phone, from the bleachers or anywhere you are, and the work gets done on your computer at home. The computer has to be on and awake.
Can it help with home and family, not just business?
Yes. Your business and your life aren't separate, so I set it up with you for all of it. A stay-at-home mom uses it every day: the family calendar, the bills, the homeschool paperwork.
Can it build tools or code for me?
Yes. Your helper can use Codex, the coding tool in ChatGPT, to build tools and code with you. A bigger custom tool, like a lead finder, is a Large add-on, priced before any work starts.
Can I train it my way?
Yes. I build it with your files, rules and examples, and it learns your voice and how you like things done. You can give it a new rule any time, in plain words. It still asks before it sends, spends or deletes.
When things break
What if it does not work?
We test it together before calling it done. If it needs adjusting, we adjust it. If the first thing turns out to be the wrong choice, I tell you that and point you to a better one.
Who do I call?
Me. When something breaks, you call me, not a help forum. With Apex Care, your helper can also talk to mine so I can fix it.
What if I want my helper to do more later?
Add-ons are how you grow. Each one hooks your helper up to one more thing, so it can do more. I price every add-on before any work starts. Small is $250, Medium is $750, and Large is $1,500 and up.
Who it's for
Is this only for contractors?
No. I'm a contractor, so I built it for my own business first. It helps with any work you do on a computer, at your job, in your business and at home. A stay-at-home mom uses it every day.
I'm an employee, not an owner. Does it fit?
Yes. It handles the prep, research and drafts that fill a workday, so you can become the person your boss and clients can't afford to lose. Some employers have rules about AI and work data, so check yours first.
I'm not a tech person. Is that a problem?
No. You talk to it in plain English, like texting a person. I handle the setup, and if something feels confusing, we slow down until it makes sense.
I already pay for ChatGPT. Do I need this?
If you already use it daily and it is changing how you work and live, you probably do not. But if you pay for it and barely use it, or nothing sticks, the setup closes that gap. With the app alone, you find the right chat and carry what it needs from one job to the next. Your helper does that part for you.
